OxiHotels.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and JCB credit cards.
Please note that if you provide an American Express or Diners Club credit card for payment of your booking, the transaction may be charged in a different currency to the one in which your booking rates were quoted. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of the transaction.

Introducing MasterCard SecureCode a new online security service to guard you against unauthorised use of your MasterCard® card while shopping online at participating merchants. There is no need to get a new card, no software to download, no cost, and no hassles... just added security. Once enrolled in this service, you'll have added confidence knowing that MasterCard SecureCode performs an extra authentication step to protect your account from unauthorised users online.
How Does It Work?

Register your MasterCard credit card for your personal SecureCode.
2.
Shop at participating merchants and pay with your enrolled MasterCard card.
3.
Click Submit to complete your order, like you would normally do.

The MasterCard SecureCode window will automatically open on the merchant order form asking for your SecureCode - just like the bank asks you for a PIN at the ATM.
5.
Enter your unique SecureCode and within seconds, your identity is confirmed and your purchase is complete. This communication is between you and your card issuer and your information is never shared with the merchant.
How Do I Register?
To register, have your MasterCard credit card handy, so you can create your personal SecureCode and be ready to start shopping online at participating merchants.
Generally, payments are declined if our billing system is unable to verify the billing information you've submitted. Here's a troubleshooting checklist of possible causes: • Incorrect credit or debit card number:
Make sure that the credit card or debit card number we have on file for you is correct and up-to-date. • Incorrect expiration date:
Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, use an up-to-date credit card or debit card. • Credit card limit reached:
Check your credit limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day we attempted to charge your card. Your credit card should have enough available credit to cover your monthly advertising budget. If your card does not have enough credit, decrease your daily budget, or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit. You may also ask your bank to increase your credit limit. • Card doesn't accept charges from an online source:
Make sure your card allows online transactions. If not, talk to your credit card company or enter a new credit card to process the charge. • Card doesn't allow for automated billing:
Ask your credit card company if they allow automated billing, or if they occasionally call to verify a charge. If approved by your bank, retry your current card or enter a new card to process the charge. • Card doesn't allow for international transactions:
Make sure that your card can accept international charges. If not, try entering a new card to process the charge.
Yes. You can book up to 4 rooms in a single transaction. For group reservations of 5 or more rooms, you can submit a Group Hotel Request or contact a group travel specialist at +90 212 523 42 32.
If you want to change your password please click �my account� button on the home page of our website and enter your current user name and password. You will be given the option to change your personal details.
Choose a property, providing check-in and check-out dates.
From the property detail page, click the "Booking" button. This will take you to the first step of the reservation process.
You have two options for booking on Step 1:
If your guest has never booked with oxihotels.com, and you would like to create an account for that person, you may choose the first option.
If your guest has booked with oxihotels.com, and you have their password and the email used to create that account, you may choose the second option.
Enter the name of the guest checking into the property and a phone number for the guest while traveling. You will need to provide the guest's email address so they receive a copy of the itinerary.
Enter credit card and billing address information, making sure to accept the terms and conditions statement at the bottom of the page. Click "Continue Purchase" to complete the reservation.
Please note, a valid photo id and credit card are required at check-in, and certain age restrictions vary from property to property.
You check your reservation for correct and '' Confirm Purchase'' Your reservation will finish.
If you call the hotel more than 7 days prior to your check-in date, they may not be able to find your reservation by name. Names of customers booking our allotments are submitted to hotels 5-7 days prior to check-in. Please provide them with the confirmation details that are printed on your voucher. In the unlikely event that the hotel is still unable to locate your booking please contact our customer service department.
